Q: I failed to install or upgrade Rising Antivirus. “The procedure can’t continue” message flashes quickly on the screen after running installation package.
A:
1. Click Start > Run, type sysdm.cpl in the open box, and then click OK.

2. Select the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Performance.

3. Select the Data Execution Prevention tab.

4. Check item Turn on DEP only for basic windows programs and services

5. Click OK, and then restart your computer.
