Method 1: Right-click the Rising Antivirus icon (umbrella like icon) in the system tray, select Auto-Protect Status > Outgoing Email Scan (SMTP) and click Disable.

Method 2: In the main window, select Settings > Detailed Settings > Auto-Protect > Email Scan, in the Rising Antivirus Email Scan tab, to disable the Enable Outgoing Email Scan (SMTP) option, deselect the tick "v" before Enable Outgoing Email Scan (SMTP).
